School Website Design & Build

Beautiful, professional, engaging websites

that meet Ofsted requirements

Stunning, professional,

In today’s world, websites can be viewed on a wide range of devices, all of which have different screen sizes. Our responsive websites are built to adapt automatically to every screen size, meaning your website will work the way it should for everyone.

Built on a CMS that’s

easy to use

You don’t have to be a web designer to be able to update and maintain your website. Your website will be editable via a simple secure administrator website. We also provide basic training tailored to your needs to ensure you’re confident making changes to your site.

Made to meet

Ofsted standards

As Ofsted continues to update their website requirements for schools, you’ll need a dependable partner who has the expertise to create a website that not only meets today’s Ofsted and DfE standards, but is also set up to be updated easily for new requirements coming in the future.

Daniel Smeaton,
Extended Schools Co-ordinator

Bessacarr Primary School

“ACS came highly recommended to us by a trusted partner and didn’t disappoint. From day one the team was fantastic they listened to what we wanted and delivered the finished site in weeks. The new website is bright, fun and informative and allows us to show prospective and existing parents all about how children learn at Bessacarr Primary.”

Our simple process…

1. Brief

We visit your school at a time to suit you to find out what your requirements are and any ideas you may have about your new website in order to create a full brief

2. Creative

If required, we’ll visit your school to get new, engaging photography for the website. During the design process, you’ll receive regular updates throughout to make sure you’re happy

3. Social

With Social Media becoming the most popular form of communication, many education providers ask us to add platforms to their site and offer full training on how to use them.

4. Build

Once a page design is agreed, it’ll be passed to a developer to be built. At this stage we focus on getting your website to meet the highest web practice standards for Ofsted and DfE.

Then it’s all yours…

When the site is built and approved, we provide training on how to maintain and even expand your website using a simple CMS (content management system)

How we helped…

Richmond Hill Primary School

“Richmond Hill wanted their website to reflect the outstanding quality of their teaching staff and premises. We provided a fully responsive Oftsed-compliant website, branded specifically for Richmond Hill, which is professional and engaging but also easy to navigate. Richmond Hill now enjoy an easy-to-use website that they can update themselves with new information, news and gallery images as they go along.”

When your website is up and running

that’s just the beginning

We build our websites to be future-proof so that if you wish to add further pages, new sections or increased functionality, it’s almost always possible. Should you have any questions about expanding upon your website in future, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Paul Rust, Head Teacher

Morley Place Junior School

“The ACS team was fantastic. They helped us create a website sitemap that met all the Ofsted and DfE requirements. The design, build and population stages were all smooth and efficient – ACS took care of every stage of the process so we could concentrate on teaching. Once the website was launched, the social media team set up our Twitter account and offered training on site to key members of our team. This is now used to inform parents and stakeholders of the work we do in school with pupils.”
