Our helpdesk is pretty much a group of unsung heroes, so we wanted to ensure we celebrated their continued success.
The helpdesk team headed up by supervisor Simon Lund is often the first port of call for our managed service customers across education and business, they must have an all-round knowledge of our services, systems and the technology that has been implemented across our entire customer portfolio.
ACS is committed to educating and training the next generation, and in the helpdesk team are two former Apprentices (Max and Nick) who are now fulltime employed members of staff and a new apprentice (Sam) – taking the helpdesk team to six.
Simon Lund, Helpdesk Supervisor said: “The results speak for themselves, they are good, but we always strive to be better. We are the front line of ACS and we really enjoy taking on challenges and solving them for our customers daily.
“The 96.7% customer satisfaction is a great result, but we want to better it next month – watch this space!”
