ACS is delighted to announce that we have recently been recognised as an accredited SIMS Support Team!
The ACS SIMS/FMS Support Service was assessed by the Capita SIMS Accreditation Service that aims to ensure that schools using the SIMS/FMS software receive the best quality support and training from providers.
SIMS Accreditation is a recognition that SIMS/FMS support teams are providing high quality support to schools and provides a recommendation for further service improvement.
Emma Burbidge, Professional Services Project Manager for Capita SIMS said: “ACS has done fantastically, they received a majority of excellent survey reviews from the schools they work with.
“We surveyed 43 schools on behalf of the company and interviewed two of them to assess the quality of their SIMS delivery. Along with their self-assessment, they have passed with flying colours and provided ample evidence to show they are delivering a quality service.”
The ACS SIMS team offers the full package, everything from installation of the system, maintenance and in-depth training on all modules required by each individual school.
